- Create a Trip: Click on 'Add Trip' to initiate the process.
- Assign Reservation: Choose from a list of unassigned reservations, providing the pick-up and drop-off details and the requested time.
- Assign a Vehicle: Select an available vehicle that fits the trip requirements.
- Assign a Driver: Choose a driver from the available list, taking into account their zone, ratings, and license validity.
- Assign Operator: (If applicable) Select a transport operator to manage the trip's logistics.
- Assign Route: Determine the travel path for the trip with specific start and end points.
After all assignments are made, review the details and publish the trip to make it active.

Upon clicking on a specific trip within the Trip Management System, the user is presented with an extensive breakdown of all trip-related details. This view is crucial for overseeing the nuances of each trip and providing comprehensive data for record-keeping and analysis.
Reservations
- Booked By: Displays the name or identifier of the person or entity that made the reservation.
- Pick-up Point: Provide the address from where the passenger will be picked up; in this case, "59-61 High Street, Main Street, Woodend VIC 3442, Australia".
- Departure at: Indicates the scheduled departure time; "08:55 am, 15th Mar 2024" is shown.
- Drop-off Point: Lists the destination address; "20 Parkers Ln, Woodend VIC 3442, Australia" in this instance.
- Status: Shows the current status of the reservation within the trip, such as 'Created'.
Trip Information
