Driver Settings :

In the Driver Settings section, administrators can configure various options related to drivers who use the platform:

  • Driver Login Method: Here, you can select how drivers will log into their accounts. Options might include email, phone number, or a unique driver ID.
  • Trip Assignment Buffer: This sets the amount of time a driver has to accept a trip after it is assigned to them, ensuring drivers respond in a timely manner.
  • Customer Review Options: Defines the categories under which customers can review their drivers, such as 'Good Behaviour', 'Interesting Conversation', and 'Well Cleaned Car'. These options help maintain quality control and customer satisfaction.
  • Driver Onboarding Questions: Questions can be added to gather more information during the driver onboarding process. Examples provided include queries about the age of their driver's license or their experience with different car models.
  • Accepted ID Document Types: Lists the types of ID documents that are acceptable for driver verification. Common documents include a Driving Licence, Citizenship ID Card, or Passport.
  • Trip Cancellation Reasons for Driver: This section allows for specifying reasons a driver might cancel a trip, which could include 'Rider asking to go far place', 'Misbehaviour', or 'Rider not responding'. This helps in understanding and addressing trip cancellations.

The "+" icon allows for the addition of new entries, while the trash can icon deletes an existing entry.
